Responsibilities include, but not limited to, the overall management of the accounts receivable credit risk across all three (3) Global Business Units (GBU’s) for Adecco North America (NAM).  The role will require advance knowledge of corporate credit risk management, billing processes and procedures, accounts receivable management, accounts payable management, underwriting and claims management.  Exercises control over resources, process formulation and planning of programs. The role will also require tasks such as, regular compliance reporting of credit risks to insurance carrier, filing of credit risk, coordination of efforts with internal departments on difficult collection matters, claims resolution, account reconciliations, and carrier management.



  • Manages credit risk of 3 Global Business Units across all of Adecco North America (NAM)
  • Develops and executes the processes, procedures, methods, control assessments and standards of the credit risk program delivery across NAM
  • Drives the successful and timely completion of the credit risk program to achieve the business goals, including the identification of risk resolution and issues which impact program delivery
  • Tracks account receivables in excess of 100K, and identifies past due accounts
  • Liaise with internal teams and external third-party insurance carrier and broker for program alignment, claims administration, and reporting
  • Leads calibrations with business partners to determine a cohesive strategy to initiate the collection process, adjust credit limits and/or deem a client as high-risk, and to identify risk potential and appetite
  • Proactively communicates to the sales team to ensure awareness of any problems affecting the business relationship with the customer
  • Actively engages with the sales team to provide insights on potential customers to evaluate credit and compliance to support program needs
  • Manages audit schedules, reviews and audits collection process on all key accounts
  • Oversees credit risk monitoring and reporting of our clients and escalates issues and concerns to senior leadership
  • Identifies inefficiencies and develops systematic approaches for process improvement and recommends best practices to support the credit risk program.
  • Leads and facilities quarterly claims audits with a focus on action plans directed towards cost-effective claims resolution.
  • Performs special projects as assigned.



Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting. Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in credit risk management, cash application and collections. CBA designation preferred.

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
