Mission:

The Head of DTS is the glue between front line users, different brands of The Adecco Group and the central IT production functions in his region. DTS stands for “Distributed Technology Services” and is basically everything related to Local Production/Infrastructure Services. This person is responsible for ensuring that IT Production provides the “last mile” of IT services through project delivery, continuous improvement and standards implementation. The Head of DTS participates in fostering a global DTS capability, drive IT cost transparency in their region and ensure the consumption of standard IT services where possible.

Responsibilities:

Contribute to become one IT production team across regions and brands and establish best practices
Adhere to global IT usage policies, standards and governance for locally delivered services
Deliver reactive & proactive support to ensure all services operate at required service level across all regions
Delivery of specific locally delivered services
Establish and maintain IT cost transparency of the different services in IT production in your region (Datacentre, network, end user services)
Fixed and mobile telephony
Local file data management
Local print, scan, copy and fax
Support local business (customer service focus and competency)
Implementation of, and/or contribute of global projects
Provision of resources to central projects for regional project delivery tasks
Propose service improvement at the front line
Reduce IT vulnerabilities on local infrastructure


Experience:

Preferably 10+ years of experience in IT
Experience working in a multinational environment
Experience working in a matrix organization
Management expertise and good ability to influence senior stakeholders
Strong leadership skills, developing team members by inspiring, encouraging and providing constructive feedback to help improve performance
Customer service experience
Infrastructure / production technical background
Fluent English language skills as well as Norwegian and/or Swedish


Education:

University degree preferably in a technical subject or any comparable education
IT Service Management tools experience (pref. ServiceNow)
ITIL V3 foundation certificate
IT Standards, Procedures, and Policies


Travel Requirement: 20%
