We are looking for a “Business Process Owner Turkey MENA” to join our team. 

The role will directly report to Head of Finance Turkey MENA and responsible for cluster including Turkey, Middle East  and North Africa.

Job Description:

• Management of strategic projects related to the development of digital tools (Navision Upgrade, Dynamics 365, GRP, etc.)

• Further development of cluster reporting functionality and improvement of ClickView,

• Automation of weekly reporting and ATC with new digital tools,

• Optimization, harmonization of the invoicing process in the cluster,

• Coordination and management of middle/back office transformation process,

• Promoting synergies in support functions in order to optimize costs,

• Standardization of the final monthly MFRP report throughout the cluster,

• Support to local financial groups in the region in monthly closing / forecasting / budgeting procedures,

• Other work and tasks as instructed by superiors, necessary to perform the main tasks.

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields

·        5-7 years of similar experience especially in tranformation/digitalization project management,

·        Excellent command of MS Excel and other MS Office applications is a must

·        Excellent command in English, both written and verbal,

·        Ability to handle multiple tasks within a given deadline,

·        Experience in a multinational organization is an asset.
