As the Learning Culture and Communications Lead you will shape and enable the Adecco Group’s learning culture and communication programmes that will engage and bring our people along on our exciting journey. You will use your rich experience in learning, change management and communication, as well as flawless execution capabilities to drive the successful launch and adoption of our digital learning & upskilling platform, to create great and impactful learner experiences, and to empower our 34,000 employees’ development.


  • Shape and drive the shift of the Adecco Group’s learning culture, required to go with the strategic capabilities building priorities and the new technology enablers.
  • Develop a learner-centric change management & communication strategy and implementation framework for the Adecco Group University (TAG U).
  • Translate business and capability building content into inspiring and motivational learner communications.
  • Develop and execute the learning communications programmes, campaigns, and materials to successfully engage the different stakeholders.
  • Leverage the latest innovations in digital technologies, communications techniques, and tools to stimulate employees towards continuous learning.
  • Use a creative, multi-channel approach to break through information overload, leverage other communications programmes and reinforce key messages at the right point in time.
  • Engage multiple stakeholders including HR community and senior leaders to promote, encourage and role model the learning culture.
  • Act as the guardian of the Adecco Group University brand and ensure clear, engaging, and consistent learner communication upon the form, the content and the tone of voice.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to gain alignment with strategy and identify relevant touch points with other initiatives.


  • 5+ years experience in learning and communication required
  • Demonstrated successful experience with large-scale change management efforts, preferably in the area of Learning or Talent. Knowledge and practice of change management principles, methodologies, and tools required
  • Rich experience in leading and executing change communication strategies within a complex and multinational (and multilingual) organisation
  • Credible track record of delivering results, including the previous implementation of learning or communications programmes
