We’re on the lookout for a creative, driven, and strategic Senior Communications Executive to join our fast-paced UK & Ireland Comms team.
In this key role, you’ll help shape the future of the Adecco Group’s communications across both markets, working with a variety of stakeholders to elevate our brand and enhance our internal and external reputation.
We are seeking a highly skilled, creative, and ambitious Senior Communications Executive/Communications Manager to join our small but dynamic UK & Ireland Comms team. In this role, you will help shape the Adecco Group’s communication agenda for the UK & Ireland, working closely with various functions across the business.
You’ll be at the heart of crafting and delivering impactful communications that drive business performance and build engagement. Whether you’re writing a thought leadership piece, managing a campaign, or measuring the effectiveness of our communication channels, your role is central to ensuring our messages are clear, consistent, and aligned with our company’s goals.
As a key player in the team, you’ll help deliver integrated communications campaigns that spark connection, build trust, and tell the powerful stories behind our brand. You’ll play a vital role in embedding the Adecco Group’s values through storytelling, creative content, and strategic communications that engage diverse audiences across multiple platforms.
What you'll be doingAs a Senior Communications Executive, you’ll be tasked with:
- Collaborating with the team to design and execute strategic internal and external communications plans that boost engagement and strengthen our company’s reputation.
- Creating and curating engaging content for newsletters, blog posts, press releases, social media, digital signage, and more.
- Managing content for internal channels like the intranet, town halls, and email management platforms.
- Building and maintaining relationships with media and key stakeholders to ensure positive media coverage and influence.
- Providing communications support for cross-functional projects that align with our business priorities.
- Measuring the success of communications initiatives to drive continuous improvement and identify new opportunities.
- Serving as a trusted partner during fast-moving communications challenges, helping to navigate them with confidence and creativity.
