We are looking for a Service Manager (Virtual Services) to join The Adecco Group. You will be part of the Global IT organization, Infrastructure & Operations pillar. The Service Manager will report to the Virtual Services service owner.

• Third level technical support for Internal and External customers
• Manage the service, pilot and coordinate our external partner HCL in day to day operations including
• Incident, problem and change management with the primary objective to guarantee platform stability
• Create and keep technical documentation up to date
• Coordination and, if necessary, education of third parties and local resources
• Manage platform capacity
• Report incident status to Service owner
• Actively participates in Critical Incident Management
• Give visibility to the Service Owner and Operations Manager on risks and opportunities
• Manage AVD and RDS services, policies, configuration, vulnerabilities etc.
• Contact point for all run topics related to AVD and RDS
• Daily production, change management (patches, AVD, RDS), included participation to the Change Approval Board (CAB)
• Ensure the resolution of level 2/3 incidents and manage the problems linked to the solution
• Ensure the correct implementation of changes and request necessary sign offs

Work Experience

• Minimum of three years’ experience in AVD and RDS
• Significant overall experience in IT operations is required

Technical Skills

• Solid experience in AVD and RDS and their management tools in a multi-national company
• Knowledge of Windows Server 2019/2022, Windows 10 EVD and Windows 11 AVD
• Knowledge of Azure infrastructure and components
• Knowledge of Nerdio manager for entreprise is a plus
• Analytical mind and problem-solving abilities

Education/Certifications

• University degree preferably in a technical subject or any comparable education
• ITIL certification a plus
• ServiceNow experience a plus
• Azure and MFA knowledge is a significant advantage

Languages

• English: Professional proficiency
• Any additional language is an advantage, especially French
