About the role
Adecco Marketing’s mission is to enhance brand awareness and build a trusted brand image for Adecco. As a Marketing Specialist, you will take full ownership of driving the strategic growth of Adecco's digital platforms and lead generation efforts. We are looking for a proactive, open-minded, and passionate marketer who thrives in an independent role, with demonstrated experience in digital marketing and a strong desire to continue learning and growing.
What you’ll be doing
- Digital Marketing and Social Media Management
-Develop and execute social media strategies to boost engagement, generate leads, and strengthen brand visibility.
-Monitor, analyze, and optimize social media campaigns using data insights to improve performance and meet KPIs.
-Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and implement innovative social media techniques to keep the brand competitive.
- Website Management and Journey Optimization
-Manage and continuously optimize the company’s website, focusing on enhancing the user journey for both clients and candidates to drive lead generation.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure website content aligns with business goals and reflects current marketing campaigns.
- Corporate Marketing Initiatives
-Plan and execute marketing strategies for corporate events, including seminars, webinars, and third-party collaborations.
-Oversee the creation and publication of marketing materials in line with the overall marketing plan, including brochures, giveaways, and other branding collateral.
-Manage campus outreach and job fair initiatives, establishing relationships with universities, student associations, and career offices.
-Regularly report performance metrics, updates, and results to the overseas supervisor, ensuring alignment with global strategies and objectives
Job Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or corporate marketing.
- A proactive, positive mindset with a strong "can-do" attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Experience in managing social media, optimizing websites, and driving lead generation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various teams.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Experienced in managing social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Naver (Cafe) and Kakao).
- Familiar with email marketing, SEO, SEM, and web analytics.
- Adobe Creative Suite experience and quick learner of video tools is a plus.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
